a hundred aces is my musical project which contains a bunch of songs I've written over a 30-year songwriting career. No single genre can be assigned to the music. It is a unique brand of alternative rock, with tasty guitar riffs, nuanced melodies and clever accents. While that may seem a bit ambiguous to some, such is the music, as it's ultimately left to one's interpretation. That is, what a song means to one person will probably mean something profoundly different to another.

New release

The new album by a hundred aces is called: or something like that. It will be released on January 22, 2018. It contains 15 songs written between the mid-90s and through to the current. The recording project commenced in 2014 and concluded in 2017. It was engineered, mixed and mastered by David Frankin at Lunch Box Studio.

Debut release still available

The debut release by a hundred aces is called Late Bloomer. It was recorded between 2009 and 2010 and is available on CDBaby.com. and itunes.com. The album contains 15 songs written between 1989 and 2005. More on that on the Music page.

Shows

a hundred aces is planning a series of shows to promote the new release. They will essentially be CD release shows. They are not currently scheduled so check back at ahundredaces.com to find out when and where they will be.
